It functioned primarily as an exchange settlement asset, so its public-chain footprint never represented all eToroX activity. The eToroX exchange wound down around 2024 as the eToro group exited most crypto activity, leaving issuer redemption defunct. A round ~1,000,000 residual remains stranded pre-mint, and the token has been dormant on-chain since its last transfer on 3 June 2023.
