The StablR proof-of-reserve page describes EURR as backed 1:1 by EUR fiat reserves at regulated financial institutions, with quarterly independent reviews by Grant Thornton and a daily on-chain Chainlink Proof of Reserve feed [S2].

The Chainlink Proof of Reserve feed is a smart-contract / oracle component that publishes a reserve total on-chain on a defined cadence. eurostablecoins.xyz records the existence and description of the PoR feed as Issuer-document fact [S2]. It is NOT classified as a Regulator-sourced source — Chainlink is an oracle network, not a regulator or auditor, and the feed itself does not constitute an audit attestation.

eurostablecoins.xyz does not currently identify a single canonical reserve attestation file URL on this page; the cadence is Issuer-document fact and the file URL is recorded as No public source found.

Where historical rows carry a smaller per-chain chain set than the latest snapshot, the "Supply by chain" chart shows a muted, dashed Unattributed (partial historical chain coverage) band on top of the per-chain stack so the stack always sums to the row’s known circulating supply. No historical per-chain values are fabricated.

• MFSA Financial Services Register direct entry — not independently cited (Conflicting or incomplete coverage). The ESMA EMT register entry above lists MFSA as the competent authority; the per-country register-entry row is left as CIC for transparency.
• Reserve attestation file URL — not separately cited on this page (No public source found). The proof-of-reserve page describes the cadence and the Grant Thornton review but does not host the attestation files as a single canonical URL.

EURR is a euro-denominated stablecoin issued by StablR Ltd, a Malta-based electronic money institution. The issuer transparency materials described EURR as backed 1:1 by EUR fiat reserves at regulated financial institutions, with quarterly independent reviews by Grant Thornton. As of 2026-07-27 the latest published review covers Q4 2025 (pre-incident; publication paused during the security incident), and the previously-described daily Chainlink Proof of Reserve feed no longer appears on the issuer’s proof-of-reserve page.

Why might EURR supply differ between eurostablecoins.xyz and other trackers?

Different trackers may apply different methodologies, snapshot timing, chain coverage and circulating-supply assumptions. eurostablecoins.xyz tracks EURR across its deployed chains and subtracts the identified StablR operational treasury balance on Ethereum where present. Raw on-chain totals and the per-chain breakdown are exposed through the developer API.
