SG-FORGE has published an EURCV white paper that the issuer describes as filed under MiCAR Article 51 (S1). The issuer product page states that EUR CoinVertible is “fully compliant since the inception of the MiCA stablecoin regulation on July 1st 2024” [S2]. eurostablecoins.xyz records the MiCA-described classification as Issuer-document fact on the basis of these two documents.

The page does NOT promote the MiCA classification to a Regulator-sourced fact because no direct REGAFI / ACPR public register entry URL specifically for Société Générale - FORGE has been verified at audit time. The SG-FORGE product page describes EUR CoinVertible as “fully backed by 100% segregated collateral assets” custodied at Société Générale, with “collateral composition and valuation publicly disclosed on a daily basis” [S2]. The white paper is the formal MiCA Article 51 disclosure document for EURCV across Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger and Stellar[S1].

EURCV peg data shown on eurostablecoins.xyz reflects independent public market price sources where available. A redemption right or issuer statement is not treated as a market price feed. Rolling 7-day and 30-day deviation are computed from the daily EUR price series.
