Track EURCV supply, peg data, chain coverage, issuer context, source coverage and public API data for SG-FORGE’s euro-denominated stablecoin. Each row in the key-facts table below carries an explicit source class so readers can see what kind of source backs each fact. ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register lists Société Générale - Forge with the ACPR as competent authority and the EURCV whitepaper URL on the register; this is recorded as Regulator-sourced fact for the narrow EMT white-paper notification scope. SG-FORGE also publishes the EURCV MiCA Article 51 white paper (S1) and an issuer product page describing the ACPR licensing and the segregated-collateral arrangement (S2); these remain Issuer-document facts. The REGAFI / ACPR public register entry specifically for Société Générale - FORGE has not been verified directly and is recorded as Conflicting or incomplete coverage.
Field-level summary. The source class describes the kind of source backing each row (see source classes). Live values come from the latest tracked snapshot (1 Jul).

The live KPI strip, supply chart, chain table and activity series above are the on-page market data for EURCV. They are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots across the currently-tracked chains; they are not asserted as the issuer’s own reported figures.
Latest tracked circulating supply: €124.92M · 4 tracked chains · snapshot 1 Jul.
No treasury wallet is labelled for EURCV, so tracked total on-chain supply (€124.92M) equals tracked circulating supply. The per-chain breakdown is exposed through the public API.
The SG-FORGE EURCV white paper and product page identify Société Générale - FORGE S.A. as the issuing entity, with the product page describing the issuer as “the crypto-asset subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, operating as a regulated electronic money issuer, investment firm and crypto-asset service provider” [S2]. eurostablecoins.xyz records this as an Issuer-document fact.
ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register independently confirms the EMT notification: Société Générale - Forge is listed with LEI 969500FX8K40ZDW4F377, the ACPR as competent authority, notification date 01/07/2024, and the EURCV whitepaper URL on the register [S4]. This is recorded as a Regulator-sourced fact, narrowly scoped to the EMT white-paper register/notification fact. Other ACPR licensing claims sourced from the issuer’s product page remain Issuer-document fact.
The ACPR’s REGAFI public register of regulated French financial institutions separately exists. A direct REGAFI register-entry URL specifically for Société Générale - FORGE has not been verified at audit time. That row remains Conflicting or incomplete coverage; the ESMA register entry above covers the regulator-source scope for the EMT notification fact.
Readers who want to verify the REGAFI / ACPR register entry should browse the ACPR’s public register directly in a real browser session.
SG-FORGE has published an EURCV white paper that the issuer describes as filed under MiCAR Article 51 (S1). The issuer product page states that EUR CoinVertible is “fully compliant since the inception of the MiCA stablecoin regulation on July 1st 2024” [S2]. eurostablecoins.xyz records the MiCA-described classification as Issuer-document fact on the basis of these two documents.
The page does NOT promote the MiCA classification to a Regulator-sourced fact because no direct REGAFI / ACPR public register entry URL specifically for Société Générale - FORGE has been verified at audit time. The REGAFI register entry row is recorded separately as Conflicting or incomplete coverage in the key-facts table above.
Shown for reference, not a legal opinion. Full context on the MiCA reference page.
The SG-FORGE product page describes EUR CoinVertible as “fully backed by 100% segregated collateral assets” custodied at Société Générale, with “collateral composition and valuation publicly disclosed on a daily basis” [S2]. The white paper is the formal MiCA Article 51 disclosure document for EURCV across Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger and Stellar[S1].
eurostablecoins.xyz does not currently identify a single canonical reserve attestation file URL on this page. The cadence is described in prose on the product page; the file URL is therefore recorded as No public source found. An auditor of record is not named on the product page or in the white paper at audit time.
Two chain lists apply to EURCV. The eurostablecoins.xyz tracked chains are the chains shown in the live chain table above, with per-chain supply derived from on-chain totals. Currently tracked: Ethereum, Stellar, XRP Ledger, Solana.
The EURCV MiCA white paper covers Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger and Stellar deployments [S1]. The Solana deployment uses the SPL Token-2022 program with 2-decimal precision (per registry).
The two lists describe different things — the issuer white paper reflects the chains SG-FORGE has filed; eurostablecoins.xyz reflects on-chain deployments the site currently snapshots — and they can differ in scope and timing.
EURCV peg data shown on eurostablecoins.xyz reflects independent public market price sources where available. A redemption right or issuer statement is not treated as a market price feed. Rolling 7-day and 30-day deviation are computed from the daily EUR price series.
Peg coverage status for EURCV and every other tracked coin, with stale-data thresholds and known gaps, is on data coverage. The methodology behind rolling deviation is on methodology.
The supply chart and the mint/burn and transfer-volume series above are the historical context for this page. eurostablecoins.xyz does not annotate specific historical movements without an attributable source: supply changes can reflect minting, burning, treasury movement, chain migration, exchange-inventory changes or other on-chain activity.
Where historical rows carry a smaller per-chain chain set than the latest snapshot, the "Supply by chain" chart shows a muted, dashed Unattributed (partial historical chain coverage) band on top of the per-chain stack so the stack always sums to the row’s known circulating supply. No historical per-chain values are fabricated.
eurostablecoins.xyz exposes EURCV data through the public v1 API. All endpoints return JSON, are CORS-enabled and are stable under /api/v1/*. The deep-link list further down on this page is the canonical inventory; below is a narrative summary of the EURCV-specific paths:
Every endpoint returns a source field and a timestamp; cite both when reproducing values. Full contract / endpoint reference is on /docs.
Supply, market share, chain distribution, peg data, historical series, holders, mint/burn and transfer-volume on this page are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots. Values refresh on cron cadence and are not real-time tick-by-tick.
Issuer identity, regulator, MiCA-described classification, collateral arrangement and chain coverage are drawn from the EURCV MiCA Article 51 white paper [S1] and the SG-FORGE EUR CoinVertible product page [S2].
Specific gaps on this page:
The six source classes used across the site are defined on /about#source-classes with the writing rules at /about#writing-rules. Per-metric coverage status is on /data-coverage; MiCA labels across the tracked universe are on /mica-stablecoins; endpoint documentation is on /docs.
Source-linked updates only. No article republishing.
Sources are grouped by source class so readers can see what kind of source backs each set of claims. The Regulator / register sources block cites ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register, which lists Société Générale - Forge with the ACPR as competent authority. The REGAFI / ACPR public register entry has not been verified directly; see Data coverage and limitations above for the residual gap.
