Track EURI supply, peg data, chain coverage, issuer context, source coverage and public API data for Banking Circle’s euro-denominated stablecoin. Each row in the key-facts table below carries an explicit source class so readers can see what kind of source backs each fact. ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register lists Banking Circle S.A. with the CSSF as competent authority and the EURI whitepaper URL on the register; this is recorded as Regulator-sourced fact for the narrow EMT white-paper notification scope. The register classifies Banking Circle as a Credit institution under EU Regulation 575/2013 — a different classification from the EMI label that applies to the other tracked MiCA-aligned issuers.
Field-level summary. The source class describes the kind of source backing each row (see source classes). Live values come from the latest tracked snapshot (1 Jul).

The live KPI strip, supply chart, chain table and activity series above are the on-page market data for EURI. They are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots across the currently-tracked chains; they are not asserted as the issuer’s own reported figures.
Latest tracked circulating supply: €31.85M · 2 tracked chains · snapshot 1 Jul.
No treasury wallet is labelled for EURI, so tracked total on-chain supply (€31.85M) equals tracked circulating supply. The per-chain breakdown is exposed through the public API.
The EURI MiCA white paper identifies Banking Circle S.A. as the issuing entity, registered 2018-03-05 in Luxembourg [S1]. The same document states that the CSSF (Commission de surveillance du secteur financier) supervises Banking Circle as “a credit institution under point (1) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013”. eurostablecoins.xyz records these as Issuer-document facts.
ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register independently confirms the EMT notification and the Credit-institution classification: Banking Circle S.A. is listed with LEI 213800W1NGBLERUS6M39, CSSF as competent authority, notification date 29/10/2019, and the EURI whitepaper URL on the register [S4]. The register specifically classifies Banking Circle as a Credit institution, not as an EMI — an important distinction from most other tracked MiCA EMT issuers.
CSSF operates a public supervised-entities register. A direct CSSF register-entry URL specifically for Banking Circle S.A. has not been verified at audit time. That row remains Conflicting or incomplete coverage; the ESMA register entry above covers the regulator-source scope for the EMT notification fact.
ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register lists Banking Circle S.A. as a Credit institution with the EURI EMT white paper notified to the CSSF on 29/10/2019 [S4]. The EURI white paper itself states that EURI “will be classified an Electronic Money Token pursuant to MiCA”[S1]. eurostablecoins.xyz records the ESMA register entry as a Regulator-sourced fact (narrow scope: EMT white-paper register/notification fact only) and the white-paper EMT classification language as Issuer-document fact.
The Credit-institution classification (under EU Regulation 575/2013) is materially different from the EMI classification that applies to most other tracked MiCA EMT issuers. EU credit institutions can issue EMTs under MiCA without the Article 48 EMI authorisation pathway because they are already authorised under the Capital Requirements Regulation.
Shown for reference, not a legal opinion. Full context on the MiCA reference page.
The EURI MiCA white paper describes the safeguarding model: “All customer funds that are received by Banking Circle as fiat currency for the purchase of the EURI, will be segregated in another account, separate from Banking Circle’s own assets” and held “in cash and/or low risk cash equivalents in a bankruptcy remote structure” [S1]. The same document records the statutory redemption right at par value within five Business Days.
eurostablecoins.xyz records the safeguarding model, the bankruptcy-remote structure and the statutory redemption right as Issuer-document facts. The white paper is a disclosure document, NOT an attestation. No separately published reserve attestation file has been sourced for EURI; the registry-stored reserve_report_url is null. Both the auditor of record and the reserve attestation file URL are recorded as No public source found.
EURI is deployed on Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain (BSC) per the registry. The eurostablecoins.xyz tracked chains are the chains shown in the live chain table above, with per-chain supply derived from on-chain totals. Currently tracked: Ethereum, BNB Chain.
EURI uses the same EVM contract address on Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. eurostablecoins.xyz reflects on-chain deployments the site currently snapshots.
EURI peg data shown on eurostablecoins.xyz reflects independent public market price sources where available. A redemption right or issuer statement is not treated as a market price feed. Rolling 7-day and 30-day deviation are computed from the daily EUR price series.
Peg coverage status for EURI and every other tracked coin, with stale-data thresholds and known gaps, is on data coverage. The methodology behind rolling deviation is on methodology.
The supply chart and the mint/burn and transfer-volume series above are the historical context for this page. eurostablecoins.xyz does not annotate specific historical movements without an attributable source.
Where historical rows carry a smaller per-chain chain set than the latest snapshot, the "Supply by chain" chart shows a muted, dashed Unattributed (partial historical chain coverage) band on top of the per-chain stack so the stack always sums to the row’s known circulating supply.
eurostablecoins.xyz exposes EURI data through the public v1 API. All endpoints return JSON, are CORS-enabled and are stable under /api/v1/*.
Every endpoint returns a source field and a timestamp; cite both when reproducing values. Full contract / endpoint reference is on /docs.
Supply, market share, chain distribution, peg data, historical series, holders, mint/burn and transfer-volume on this page are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots. Values refresh on cron cadence and are not real-time tick-by-tick.
Issuer identity, CSSF supervision claim, Credit-institution classification (under EU Regulation 575/2013), MiCA EMT classification, safeguarding model and statutory redemption right are drawn from the EURI MiCA white paper [S1].
Specific gaps on this page:
The six source classes used across the site are defined on /about#source-classes with the writing rules at /about#writing-rules.
Sources are grouped by source class. The Regulator / register sources block cites ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register, which lists Banking Circle S.A. with the CSSF as competent authority and classifies it as a Credit institution under EU Regulation 575/2013. The CSSF supervised-entities register direct entry has not been verified directly; see Data coverage and limitations above for the residual gap.
