The HEURO homepage states that HEURO SAS is “authorised by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (“ACPR”) in France” as an Electronic Money Institution and describes HEURO as “compliant with the MiCA regulation” [S1]. eurostablecoins.xyz records these as Issuer-document facts.

ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register independently lists the entity: HEURO SAS with LEI 984500DB91E5A48E7F26, ACPR as competent authority, classification Electronic money institution, and the HEURO white-paper URL on record [S3]. The register’s “Notification date” field for this entry reads 02/12/2021; as that pre-dates MiCA (in force from 30 June 2024), it reflects the entity’s earlier ACPR authorisation carried into the interim register, not a 2021 MiCA white-paper filing.

HEURO supply on this page is shown as verified Solana on-chain mint supply. That number is collected by eurostablecoins.xyz from the Solana RPC and is the same figure the developer API reports under /api/v1/supply/heuro.

Distribution context is partial. eurostablecoins.xyz does not currently have independently labelled issuer or exchange-custody wallet data for HEURO. As a result, the headline supply number is not yet split into issuer-treasury, exchange-custody and broad-distribution buckets the way it can be for coins with labelled treasury wallets (e.g. EURS). The headline supply figure is not modified, and the per-chain breakdown is exposed through the public API regardless.
