Track HEURO supply, peg data, chain coverage, issuer context, source coverage, distribution caveats and public API data for HEURO SAS’s euro-denominated stablecoin. Each row in the key-facts table below carries an explicit source class so readers can see what kind of source backs each fact. ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register lists HEURO SAS with the ACPR as competent authority and the HEURO white paper URL on the register; this is recorded as Regulator-sourced fact for the narrow EMT white-paper notification scope.
On-chain mint supply verified; distribution context partial.
HEURO supply is shown as verified Solana on-chain mint supply. eurostablecoins.xyz does not currently have independently labelled issuer or exchange-custody wallet data for HEURO, so distribution context is partial.
This note describes a coverage limitation in the site’s own data, not a change to the displayed supply figure. The per-chain breakdown is available through the public API.
Field-level summary. The source class describes the kind of source backing each row (see source classes). Live values come from the latest tracked snapshot (1 Jul). Read alongside the distribution-context caveat above.

The live KPI strip, supply chart, chain table and activity series above are the on-page market data for HEURO. They are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots across the currently-tracked chains; they are not asserted as the issuer’s own reported figures. Headline supply is dominated by the Solana mint.
Latest tracked circulating supply: €310.77M · 2 tracked chains · snapshot 1 Jul. Read alongside the distribution-context caveat above.
Tracked total on-chain supply (€310.77M) reflects the configured chains. The per-chain breakdown is exposed through the public API.
The HEURO about page identifies HEURO SAS as the issuing entity, a Société par actions simplifiée under French law registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under n° 833 165 863 [S2]. The HEURO homepage states that HEURO SAS is “authorised by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (“ACPR”) in France” as an Electronic Money Institution and describes HEURO as “compliant with the MiCA regulation” [S1]. eurostablecoins.xyz records these as Issuer-document facts.
ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register independently confirms the EMT notification: HEURO SAS is listed with LEI 984500DB91E5A48E7F26, ACPR as competent authority, classification Electronic money institution, notification date 02/12/2021, and the HEURO white-paper URL on record [S3].
eurostablecoins.xyz does not separately verify the live status of any specific authorisation, the scope of the EMI licence, or the corporate entity beyond the register and issuer-document references cited above. Suitability is not assessed.
ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register lists HEURO SAS with the ACPR as competent authority, classified as an Electronic money institution, with the HEURO EMT white paper notified on 02/12/2021 [S3]. The HEURO homepage describes HEURO as “compliant with the MiCA regulation” [S1]. eurostablecoins.xyz records the ESMA register entry as a Regulator-sourced fact (narrow scope: EMT white-paper register/notification fact only) and the issuer’s MiCA-compliance language as Issuer-document fact.
Shown for reference, not a legal opinion. Full context on the MiCA reference page.
HEURO supply on this page is shown as verified Solana on-chain mint supply. That number is collected by eurostablecoins.xyz from the Solana RPC and is the same figure the public API reports under /api/v1/supply/heuro.
Distribution context is partial. eurostablecoins.xyz does not currently have independently labelled issuer or exchange-custody wallet data for HEURO. As a result, the headline supply number is not yet split into issuer-treasury, exchange-custody and broad-distribution buckets the way it can be for coins with labelled treasury wallets (e.g. EURS). The headline supply figure is not modified, and the per-chain breakdown is exposed through the public API regardless.
Because of that coverage gap, the unqualified circulating-supply figure for HEURO should not be read as a broad-based-distribution market-leadership claim. The distribution-context caveat is also displayed as a server-rendered methodology note higher on the page and is referenced from the Top issuer KPI on the homepage and from /euro-stablecoins.
The HEURO homepage states that HEURO is “100% backed by cash and high-quality liquid assets (HQLA) held by reputable EU-regulated credit institutions” and that reserves are “verified monthly by an independent auditing firm” [S1]. The HEURO about page states that reserves are “held in a fully segregated account by a European licensed custodian” [S2]. eurostablecoins.xyz records the backing model, the safeguarding structure and the attestation cadence claim as Issuer-document facts.
No separately published reserve attestation file has been independently identified and stably reachable on this page; the registry-stored reserve_report_url is null. Both the auditor of record and the reserve attestation file URL are recorded as No public source found.
HEURO is deployed on Ethereum and Solana per the registry, with Solana carrying the overwhelming majority of supply. The eurostablecoins.xyz tracked chains are the chains shown in the live chain table above, with per-chain supply derived from on-chain totals. Currently tracked: Solana, Ethereum.
Because Solana dominates HEURO supply, history collectors defer to the non-EVM (Solana) scanner. An EVM-only zero row would be indistinguishable from a real zero-activity day and is misleading for this coin.
HEURO is not currently listed on an exchange or DEX pool tracked by the eurostablecoins.xyz price sources, so peg metrics and peg history endpoints intentionally return no rows for this coin. Its 1:1 redemption mechanism is not treated as a market peg price.
Peg coverage status for HEURO and every other tracked coin, with stale-data thresholds and known gaps, is on data coverage. The methodology behind rolling deviation is on methodology.
The supply chart and the mint/burn and transfer-volume series above are the historical context for this page. eurostablecoins.xyz does not annotate specific historical movements without an attributable source.
Where historical rows carry a smaller per-chain chain set than the latest snapshot, the "Supply by chain" chart shows a muted, dashed Unattributed (partial historical chain coverage) band on top of the per-chain stack so the stack always sums to the row’s known circulating supply.
eurostablecoins.xyz exposes HEURO data through the public v1 API. All endpoints return JSON, are CORS-enabled and are stable under /api/v1/*.
supply_context).supply_context).Every endpoint returns a source field and a timestamp; cite both when reproducing values. Full contract / endpoint reference is on /docs.
Supply, market share, chain distribution, historical series, holders, mint/burn and transfer-volume on this page are computed by eurostablecoins.xyz from on-chain snapshots. Values refresh on cron cadence and are not real-time tick-by-tick.
Issuer identity, ACPR EMI authorisation claim, MiCA-compliance language, backing model, safeguarding structure and the redemption claim are drawn from the HEURO issuer site [S1][S2].
Specific gaps on this page:
reserve_report_url is null. The six source classes used across the site are defined on /about#source-classes with the writing rules at /about#writing-rules.
In April 2026 The Big Whale published an investigation into HEURO, raising questions about the issuer’s corporate history (four entity name changes, offshore ownership via EasyEuro Technology Limited in Hong Kong), alleged ties to Finetix, a Romanian payment provider sanctioned by OFAC, and whether the initial Ethereum mint-and-reissue pattern reflected genuine distribution. Under French press law HEURO SAS’s right of reply is published in full within the same article. HEURO SAS disputed the characterisation, citing its ACPR licence and a formal attestation of regulatory compliance received in April 2026.
eurostablecoins.xyz links this reporting for reference. The source labels on this page are drawn from the regulator register and issuer documents cited in the key-facts table above; the site does not adjudicate contested journalistic claims.
Sources are grouped by source class. The Regulator / register sources block cites ESMA’s interim MiCA EMT White Paper register, which lists HEURO SAS with the ACPR as competent authority. The auditor of record and the reserve attestation file URL are not separately cited on this page (No public source found); see Data coverage and limitations above for the residual gaps and the distribution-context caveat.
