Euro stablecoin market cap
The total market capitalisation of tracked euro stablecoins is €786.8 million as of 7 October 2026, 20:00 UTC, measured as circulating supply at €1 per token across 27 euro stablecoins. EURC is the largest, with 55.0% of that total.
Like-for-like, the market cap changed by +5.9% over the last 30 days and by +3.6% over 7 days — same publicly traded assets on the same chain deployments, so newly tracked deployments and non-traded tokens do not count as growth.
How the euro stablecoin market cap is calculated
Market capitalisation is circulating supply × token price. Euro stablecoins are designed to trade at €1, so eurostablecoins.xyz reports market size as circulating supply valued at par: one token counts as one euro. Circulating supply is read on-chain for every tracked deployment and excludes tokens held in labelled issuer treasuries, so it can be lower than an asset's total issued supply. Bridged supply is counted once. Methodology →
Valued at observed prices instead of par, the market cap is €786.7 million. That re-prices the 8 assets with a fresh, directly EUR-quoted market price (88.3% of tracked supply, latest price date 2026-10-07); their observed value is −0.01% against par. Assets without such a price — not publicly traded, under an incident, or quoted only via USD conversion — stay at par. Peg by asset →
8 tracked assets are excluded from the aggregate because they have no defensible circulating figure in euros (EUX, Mykobo EURC, BLUEUR, BREUR, ENEUR, EUR.PA, EURW, bitEUR). They keep their own pages and are listed with their reasons on the largest euro stablecoins ranking.
Chart: tracked circulating supply of euro stablecoins, stacked by asset, daily. The total also steps up when a new asset or chain deployment enters tracking, so its slope is not a growth rate; the percentage beside it is like-for-like (see the table below). Per-asset and per-chain detail is on euro stablecoin supply.
The rise and fall between 27 March 2026 and 23 August 2026 is HEURO (not publicly traded): its supply peaked at €630.0 million on 12 April 2026 and is €11 at the latest collection.
Market cap change, like-for-like
| Window | Change | Comparable supply today | Excluded as new coverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | +3.64% | €730.4M (93%) | €315K |
| 30 days | +5.89% | €723.3M (92%) | €7.4M |
| 12 months | +86.15% | €636.8M (81%) | €94.0M |
The longer the window, the more of today's supply sits in assets or chain deployments that were not tracked at its start, so the comparable share shrinks — read the 12-month figure together with its coverage.
How concentrated is the euro stablecoin market?
EURC alone holds 55.0% of the tracked market cap. The three largest assets hold 83.6% and the five largest 91.5%; a single asset accounts for half of all supply and 5 for 90%, out of 27 assets in the aggregate.
The Herfindahl–Hirschman index (HHI), the sum of squared percentage shares on a 0–10,000 scale, is 3,587. Higher values mean supply is concentrated in fewer assets.

Why euro stablecoin market cap figures differ between sources
- Currency. Many trackers report euro stablecoins in US dollars, so their figure moves with EUR/USD even when supply does not. This page reports in euros.
- Issued vs circulating supply. Total issued supply includes tokens still held in issuer treasuries; circulating supply excludes labelled treasury holdings.
- Which assets count. Totals depend on which tokens a source includes. eurostablecoins.xyz lists every asset in its aggregate, and the excluded ones, on the largest euro stablecoins page.
- Bridged tokens. A token bridged to another chain can be counted twice if both sides are summed; this aggregate counts it once.
