Privacy notice

eurostablecoins.xyz is operated by Matt Oksa, an individual based in the Czech Republic, as an independent personal project. For anything in this notice, contact hello@eurostablecoins.xyz.

The site publishes market and regulatory data about euro stablecoins and their issuers. That subject-matter data concerns companies, tokens and on-chain addresses — not private individuals — and is outside the scope of this notice.

• Hosting logs. The site runs on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes your IP address, user agent and requested URL to deliver pages, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are short-lived and are not used to identify visitors.
• Analytics. The site uses Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, aggregated page-view measurement. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across sites — which is why the site shows no cookie banner. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding aggregate usage.
• API accounts. Registered access to the public API (when key-based access is active) requires an email address, which is stored together with your key identifiers and request counts in Supabase. Legal basis: performance of a contract — providing the API access you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Transactional email (such as sign-in confirmation) is delivered via an email provider processing only your address and the message.
• Correspondence. If you email hello@, the message and address are processed to reply, and kept as long as the conversation is relevant. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

That is the complete list. The site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party ad or tracking scripts, does not build visitor profiles, and does not sell or share personal data for marketing.

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting, delivery and cookieless analytics. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Supabase — database and account authentication for API access.
• Email delivery provider — transactional messages for API accounts only.

Data sources the site reads from (blockchain RPC providers, exchange APIs, regulator registers) receive requests from the site's servers, not from your browser.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data; restriction of processing; a portable copy of data you provided; and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@eurostablecoins.xyz — requests are answered within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The authority for the operator is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz); you may also contact the authority in your own EU member state.
