Terms of use

Using this site or its API means you accept these terms. They exist to keep one thing unambiguous: this is an informational reference, not advice.
Last updated 15 July 2026
The service

eurostablecoins.xyz is a free, independent reference on EUR-denominated stablecoins, operated by Matt Oksa (Czech Republic). It publishes supply, market, peg and regulatory data reconstructed from public sources, each value carrying a source label and timestamp — the methodology page documents how, and its limitations.

The site is a reference, not a rating. Nothing on it — including comparison tables, peg figures, status labels and research articles — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an endorsement of any asset or issuer, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or redeem anything. Verify anything you rely on against the issuer's and regulator's own publications.

Accuracy — what is and is not promised

The data is collected on schedules (documented per metric), can lag its sources, and can contain errors or gaps despite the published safeguards. Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Where a value is missing, unavailable or under an incident, the site says so rather than substituting a number; if you find an error, write to hello@eurostablecoins.xyz.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site or its data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Licence — reusing the data and content

Data and editorial content published on this site are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, republish and adapt them, including commercially, provided you attribute “eurostablecoins.xyz”, link the source page or API endpoint, and state the access date. Coin names and logos belong to their respective issuers and are used for identification only; the licence does not cover them.

API use
  • The public API (/docs) serves the same data under the same licence and the same no-warranty basis. There is no uptime commitment.
  • Where access requires a key, keep credentials confidential, register one account per user or application, and use accurate registration details.
  • Fair use applies: respect published rate limits and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or circumvent the service or its access controls. Keys and access may be limited or revoked for abuse.
  • Endpoints, fields and limits can change; breaking changes are versioned or announced in the documentation.
Third-party links

The site links extensively to external sources — issuer documents, regulator registers, explorers, news. Those sites are outside the operator's control; their content and their handling of your data are their own responsibility.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; if you use the site as an EU consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Material changes are published on this page with an updated date; continued use after a change means acceptance. See also the privacy notice.
